Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 2 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 3 days
The product Items purchased can be returned in original condition and unused with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, freebies or damaged- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from lankadelivery.com.
In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges. 
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

By visiting this page on our website: lankadelivery.com by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID.
Once the Return ID gets generated, please pack the following into a sealed bag:
1. the returned product with packing materials.
2. All the tags which was available during delivery.
3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it

if we are picking up the product, your refund should get initiated within 10 Business Days from the moment a Return ID is generated.

Any damaged or wrongly delivered item will be replaced within 24 hours free of cost.
Non-perishable items ( items other than fruits & vegetables) can be cancelled before the order is out for delivery without any charge.
