You must inform us of this change at least 3 days before the date of delivery or your order may be delivered to the wrong address for which we will not be held responsible.

The products will match the image on the webpage as the images have been sourced from the vendors from whom the final order is going to be sourced. But in some cases there is slight colour variation may happen due to screen resolution and image quality.

Every product has its own shipping time. Please refer the individual products dispatch date from there we normally require 3 to 5 working days to deliver.

Yes, the recipient can send a return message to you. We request all recipients to fill in the return message for you in the delivery confirmation memo and we shall email it back to you.

There is a Flat Shipping Charge for deliveries in Srilanka. But, Outside Srilanka Deliveries need an additional shipping charge which is based on the number of items. The following list contains the exact shipping charges.

All orders placed can be cancelled if the cancel request is placed before the product status is processed (ie: packed and ready to be shipped).

In case if an ordered item is not available for shipping or if it is out of stock, Lankadelivery.com would promptly inform the customer by email and the customer can either cancel that or choose any alternate product of that value or get a coupon code for that value.

We consider the privacy of our customers very important. We are in the business of serving you, not selling your information. Your name, address information, and credit card information are collected only to fulfill your order. We will occasionally send email to our customers notifying them of special promotions or significant changes to our web site. If you do not wish to have notifications sent to you,  just send us an email with "Do not send me email" as the subject.

We have a very flexible returns policy that states that if our customers do not find the product satisfying, in terms of misfits, damages, or defects they can return it as long as the following conditions are met:

  • It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
  • It should be unwashed.
  • The price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present
  • The product must be returned within For damaged / defective items, items with missing parts or item not as described, a replacement will be offered, if the issue is reported within 2 business days. The replacement may be offered for the entire product or part(s) of the product.
  • Any gifts received must also be returned along with the product

You can return a product at lankadelivery by logging in with your credentials and by visiting the My Account section. Click on Return Item and follow the steps mentioned to obtain the Return ID.

Once the Return ID gets generated, please pack the following into a sealed bag:

  1. The returned product with packing materials.
  2. All the tags which were available during delivery.
  3. A piece of paper with the Order ID and Return ID written on it



Please don’t do that! We have a very flexible policy where you can get a Return ID generated by giving us a call. Once it is generated, the product will get picked up within two to four business days.

Our courier partners are instructed to not accept a package as a return while performing a package delivery.

Currently we don’t have that policy, but if you don’t like the product after purchasing, you definitely have the option of returning it.

Unfortunately, at this time we don’t have that option. Alternatively, you could return the product and purchase a new one.

If we’re picking up the product, it’s on us(only in Colombo). You won’t have to pay for anything. For some reason, if you’re going to send the product to us, you need to pay the charges.

To guarantee you the best service, we have a very convenient 7-day return policy from the time the product gets delivered to you.

  1. In case the 7 day period has elapsed, the product cannot be returned to us.
  2. If the product has been picked up, and it fails the quality check at our warehouse due to product usage, defect, missing tags or packaging, the return might get rejected. We will then ship the product back to you at no extra cost.

Yes, the freebies/gifts will have to be returned along with the product.

As soon as a Return ID is generated, the product would be picked up within two to four business days. As soon as it has been picked up, it would take the same amount of time for the product to reach us as it took for Initial Delivery. Once it reaches our warehouse, the refund process would be initiated by post successful Quality Check.

If you paid for the order using Credit Card/Debit Card/Net-banking, you will receive a refund to your source account. It should reflect within 10 business days.

If you paid for the order using Pay Pal, you will receive a refund to your PayPal Money wallet. It should reflect within 10 business days.

Currently, we do not replace any products. However, we urge you to take complete advantage of our Returns Policy. You can return the product and purchase a new one.

Within one business day of receiving the returned product at our facility, we perform a quality check, and if everything is in place, we process the refund.

Once you have received a confirmation email from us about the refund, be assured that the refund amount will be credited to your account. The number of days it takes for the credit to reflect in your account will depend on your bank. Typically, it shouldn’t take more than 10 business days.

In case you paid for the order using Pay Pal Money, the amount should reflect in your Pay Pal wallet within 10 business days.

We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:


  1. We will request you to self-ship this item.
  2. Please send us the following items in a sealed bag:
    1. Product
    2. Brand Labels and Tags
    3. Price Tags/Shoebox
    4. Return ID and Order ID written on a piece of paper
  3. Please courier the item to our Returns Address:
  4. Please ensure that the product is unused, unwashed, and the Return ID is generated within 4 days from the time of delivery.
  5. Notify us about the courier name and tracking number as soon as you have dispatched it. We want to keep an eye on it too!
  6. Give us 5 business days after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, a post that we will process your refund.

We promise to refund the entire amount paid for the product, including any taxes that were paid – no strings attached!

Our products can be returned within 2 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 3 days.
The items purchased should be returned in original condition and unused with all the original packing, tags, inbox literature, freebies or damaged.
To provide the Return Merchandise Number (RMN).
 Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
